      1. Visit days 2019
Experience a day as a University of Bristol student

Our visit days for offer holders help you get a feel for student life in Bristol and further insight into your course. You can meet staff and current students, explore the campus and spend time in your department. It's a chance to look around, ask questions and decide if Bristol is right for you.

        Book your place

We will send you an invitation to your visit day by email shortly after you have received your offer from Bristol. You will book your place on your Bristol VIP page - your username and booking instructions are included on your email invitation.

There is one more visit day open for bookings on 1 May, which includes a few of our courses. If you are not able to make this, or study a different course, you are welcome to sign up to one of our virtual visits.

        Plan your day

The morning session is a flexible programme of events on our main campus. These focus on important aspects of student life such as finance, study skills and accommodation.

You will spend the afternoon exploring your department and your degree through a tailored programme of talks, tours and practical sessions.

        Getting here

Bristol is a compact city, and our main campus is easily accessible from the city’s main bus and train stations. Our maps and travel information will help you find your way. Find out more about our travel bursaries, accessibility and free bus transport on the day.

        Getting to Bristol

I came to Bristol on an offer holders' visit day and fell in love with the atmosphere of the University and the city. Bristol is beautiful in a special way, and it’s so vibrant.
